READY FOR YOUR GLAM SESSION?

HI THERE, 

ARE YOU A NEW CLIENT? PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY, ALL NEW CLIENTS MUST BOOK A ZOOM CONSULTATION BEFORE BOOKING ANY APPOINTMENT, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITHOUT THE CONSULTATION, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED 

PLEASE READ THROUGH CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING TO UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. 

CALENDER 

  • Calendar opens every 6th of the month for the next month

  • Example; 6th of April, calendar opens for the month of May

  • If it is greyed out, it is all booked up.

  • There is no waiting list, if we have a cancellation, the slot will be put back on the calendar.

  • Calendar opens at 10pm

BOOKING POLICIES

  • COVID-19 UPDATE

    • ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A MASK ON.

    • IF YOU ARE SICK, YOU WILL BE REFUSED SERVICE.

    • THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE "NO THIRD PARTY" RULE.

    • YOUR MASK MUST STAY ON THROUGH OUT THE DURATION OF YOUR SERVICE.

  • NEW CLIENTS

    • All new clients must book a zoom consultation.

    • we will go over your needs and what style best fits you

    • Review all hair/scalp issues i.e psoriasis, alopecia etc

    • Consultation is a NON-REFUNDABLE $20 FEE, this fee goes towards your first booking as a deposit.

    • Your appointment will be book immediately following the consult.

    • PLEASE NOTE IF YOU BOOK WITHOUT CONSULTATION, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  • DEPOSITS

    • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

    • Please be 100% sure before you book an appointment, to prevent loosing your deposit.

    • Reschedules must be made 48hrs before your appointment at the latest

  • STYLE GUIDE

    • All styles require at least 4 inches of hair

    • All Crochet styles are going to be full

    • The more add ons you pick the BIGGER your hair will come out

    • Skip the Seamless hairline if you have thinning egdes, tender head, or you don't like big hair

    • skip the versatile/multiple parts if you don't like big hair.

    • You can chose to add on a shampoo and condition, but if you decide to come with your hair washed, please make sure it is clean and blown out (a comb can go through it)

    • If you are bringing your own hair, please include the exact hair plus pictures when booking. if you bring a different hair without communcation, your appointment will be canceled.

    • Please make sure you pick the color you like , if you do not select a color, you will get 1b as a default.

    • If you are booking a take down and reinstall in the same appointment, Please Book a Saturday Afternoon, as this takes a long time.

    • NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT LESS THAN 48HOURS TO YOUR DATE.

  • BALANCE PAYMENT

    • Balance is due at the end of your service

    • Balance can be paid via ZELLE (Preferred method) CASH, VENMO, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. Please note if you are making a card payment, there is a 4% fee.

  • LATE/CANCELLATION

    • If you are running late PLEASE call, a 15 minute grace is given, please note if you are more than 20 minutes late with NO CALL or TEXT, your appointment is automatically cancelled.

    • Cancelations less than 48hrs will incur 30% of your service charge. We get it, life happens, please communicate with us as early as possible to avoid being charged.

    • Failure to show up for your Appointment will incur 50% of your service charge.

    • Failure to make the incurred charges maybe result in collections.
